How are you living your life daily?

Most days we live on auto-pilot, not being aware of how and why we are doing the things we are doing.

How do you develop more awareness to be present?

How can you live more intentionally?

Do you know what do you stand for? What are your values? What is your place in this universe? Why do you do what you do?

Do you want to be more relaxed, stress-free and happier?

Do you want to have better & deeper relationships?

Learn how to slow down, be more present, move and shift the stuck energy, be more compassionate, and find time for what's important.

Most importantly, learn how to be.

I want to let you know about all of the possibilities that are out there for you to grow, develop and change, and to lead a more balanced, meaningful and conscious life. 

My goal is to help you feel empowered and energized to live a life full of joy so you can start connecting to your highest self. 

We will have movement and meditation practices to bring the mind into the body and integrate the information shared. 

I will show you how you can build the foundations to live a more conscious life.

Brian is a wellbeing leader and facilitator, who has helped hundreds of people around the world lead more balanced and meaningful lives. With a background in neuroscience and more than 15 years of experience teaching and practicing yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and different healing modalities, Brian is able to synthesize modern scientific knowledge with ancient wisdom to help his clients get the results they desire. Brian has empowered people from all walks of life to realise their full potential and enable them to live a stress-free and meaningful life. Committed to conscious lifestyle practices, Brian founded Conscious Action, a movement of people inspired to living more intentionally. Brian had 2 years living full-time and studying at Ratna Ling, a Tibetan Buddhist Retreat Center in California. Through his immersion in the teachings of Tibetan Lama, Tarthang Tulku, with focus on in-depth learning of Kum Nye - Tibetan Yoga, Brian was introduced to another way of living and being.
