Intention: Thinking Upgrade & Practices
The intention of these Wellbeing courses is to move from description of where we are challenged, into prescriptions for living awake and aware. We learn to bring out the best of ourselves and others and how to nurture open real relationships.
Across 3 months, following the 7 steps we introduce empowerment tools and a thinking upgrade, to help us find our happy place and open to flow. To embody this alignment we practice Medical Qigong, Meditation and Yoga, to reset and enliven inner energies.
Three Phase Learning
1. The Interactive group process, explores the 7 steps through facilitated sharing. The powerful process of our communal mirror reveals how and where, we are growing and changing.
2. For self paced learning, watch the online videos with prescribed mind-body practices for each of the 7 steps.
3. To integrate and deepen personal insights, each fortnight you receive individual coaching sessions with Cameron/course facilitator
Course Content
Chinese Medicine guidelines for lifelong wellbeing and body-mind integration

Medical Qigong, Guided Meditation, Reflections, Yoga practices

Seven LIVE time interactive group sessions - once per fortnight
Seven individual Acupuncture/Coaching sessions - once per fortnight
