Webinars These seven LIVE time webinars introduce the "Nourishing Roots" healing program. They provide a step by step guide which can help you look at your strengths and vulnerabilities and review your lifetime wellbeing habits. Nourishing Roots is a practical healing pathway which can help you refresh your daily life choices, and enhance your ability to meet the challenges and opportunities of this time of mind-bending change. 

Brief Descriptor. This seven step pathway is one of the ‘You Being You’ maps, which are designed as wellbeing prescriptions for lifelong self-care. The webinars are interactive sessions which offer direct guidance, on how to use these maps to support and nurture the unfolding of your true nature.

Nourishing Roots uses Chinese medical theory to explain how our bodies are formed from the bones up. To access the essences and encourage circulation of blood and energy in the internal organs, we practice Restorative Yoga. Learning how to nourish ourselves according to our unique constitution, can help us reset our internal energy systems, rebalance the nervous system and rejuvenate all levels of our being.

In between webinars participants can follow up with the self-paced online course, which is structured in the seven steps/chapters. We suggest you do this course with a friend or family member and share the joy of becoming a healthier version of yourself :)

Course Content

  • Chinese medicine ABC on how the body-mind connections are formed and maintained
  • Wisdom teachings which can help you actualise your inborn potentials by engaging with your deeper energy levels. 
  • Restorative Yoga practices, to activate blood flows to the internal organs, and soothe and reset the nervous system.
  • Reflections for each chapters teachings, designed to help you apply the teachings to your life, and restore natural balance.

Dates of Webinars: November 12, 19, 22, 26 and December 5, 10, 17      

Times: 8.00 - 9.30 OR 12.00 -1.30pm OR 7.00 - 8.30pm (The content of each daily session is the same. Please choose the session to suit you on that day, allowing flexible scheduling)

How much do the Webinars cost ? USD $288 which includes the online "Nourishing Roots" course, value USD $175 

How much time will the course take? 

  • Each live time webinar is one and a half hours. 
  • Participate in ways that suit your own schedule. 
  • Talking pre-recorded sessions are delivered as three 5 -10 minute videos, 
  • One practice video for each of the seven chapters is approximately 15-25mins
  • The total length of each chapter is approximately 35 - 45 minutes

To help integrate your insights, and apply these teachings a PDF of reflections accompanies each chapter. Nourishing Roots is a prescription for wellbeing which touches all levels. These courses are designed as pathways home to the 'true you'. Keep in mind, the journey 'home' is lifelong,  there is no rush ! The most important thing is to be gentle and kind to yourself en route. This is Yin Power.

Cameron Tukapua

From day one of acupuncture training Cameron has been a passionate explorer of ‘life as energy'. Her focus has been on aligning with destiny by grounding the invisible spirit world into the practical form world.
